Also on April 15, 2009, Roberty May, Alex Tao, Vernon Roque (MGC Representative), and myself attended the Multicultural Greek Council end of the year banquet at the Bungalow Club on Melrose.  The food was delicious and the venue was kind of exotic…hahaha

We were deeply honored when we received MGC FRATERNITY OF THE YEAR!!!  I know there was fierce competition, so we really appreciate this award.  In addition to the certificate distinguishing our award, we will also receive a Goblet like trophy where our fraternity name and 2009 will be inscribed.  Each year, the trophy will be passed on to the MGC Fraternity of the Year.  Of course, Zeta Phi Rho will be first on the trophy- I am sure we will have it for many years to come…

Vernon Roque also received an award: “Expert Sandwich Maker aka Most Breaded” for his efforts with Zeta Phi “Skid” Rho.  He will be holding a number of workshops detailing the proper art of making sandwiches.
